CPS 3.1.1 (development branch) has been
released today.
CPS 3.1.1 (development branch) is an intermediate release
that takes place in the development process of the future
stable release of CPS3, which will be CPS 3.2.0 (stable
branch). It is fairly stable, and most of the products are currently
used in production, but, except for unit tests which are usually written
along the code, it has not received yet a thourough QA process. Some
API may also change until CPS 3.2.

The hopefuly final release candidate before CPS 3.0
has been released. All the 355 unit tests are passing, of course, but there may
be a few bugs left, so it's the last time for you to grab the tarball / zipball
and test it (under Zope 2.6.1, 2.6.4 or 2.7.0) and report bugs (+ patches :) )
to the cps-devel mailing list.

To better coordinate the work of the various people involved in the
development of CPS and CPS-related products, we have created a new
"cps-devel" mailing list.
To register on the list, just go to http://lists.nuxeo.com/mailman/listinfo/cps-devel
and follow the
usual Mailman routine.
This list will be for technical discussions about the
CPS2
and
CPS3
projects, as well
as for products that are used in the CPS project but independent of it,
like:
PluggableUserFolder,
NuxMetaDirectories,
NuxUserGroups,
NuxDocument,
TranslationService,
etc.
This new mailing list will complement the existing
cps-users
and cps-users-fr
(in french) that were
already available.
We are also open to the idea of opening new specific mailing lists for
other
spoken languages, if we get requests from users. Drop us a note on
the cps-users
list
if you are interested.

About: Nuxeo CPS is the collaborative web content management
solution for Zope. Users create and manage content in Workgroups and publish
them in Publications spaces (Hierarchies) through a dedicated workflow.
Managers can easily set global and local roles for users (Workgroup Managers,
Members, Visitors, Reviewers, and Readers). All actions are available through
simple Web interfaces. Nuxeo CPS also features office document integration,
indexing, and conversion to HTML format; versioning; attached comments;
interactive services (e.g. mailing-lists); and skinning of hierarchies.
